Free UK Shipping:
All orders ship for free, with dispatch typically within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Providers:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, DPD, or Evri for delivery.

Delivery Responsibility:
- Please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.
- We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss during delivery or after the package is delivered.

Refused Deliveries:
If you refuse a delivery, you’ll be responsible for any extra shipping costs.

Missing or Lost Parcels:
If a parcel is lost or undelivered, contact us within 7 days at info@tillys-tot-stop.com Our courier (e.g DPD) may require you to complete and post a Denial of Receipt (DOR) form before a claim can be processed. We will assist you with this process as needed. Refunds or replacements are only issued once the form is completed and accepted by the courier.
